This is a strong church and a great opportunity to works with a growing team to shape and grow a family ministry. There are several big wins in the church and incredible support from leadership and volunteers. The potential for seeing and sharing in life change is very high at Crossroads.

The Family Ministry Lead helps individuals from birth through college Live and Love Like Jesus by providing strategic and pastoral leadership over Family Ministry and fostering alignment within Family Ministry, including ministry to parents.
