The Executive Director/Pastor of Operations will give organizational and strategic leadership to Light Church. They will create, lead, and steward the structures, systems, and processes needed to empower and sustain the administrative functions of our church as we seek God to see His Kingdom come Here as in Heaven. They will lead and oversee our Properties/Facilities, Organizational Health, Staff Accountability, Human Resources, partner with our Council, and Lead Pastor to manage our finances.
