In-N-Out Burger cares deeply about fighting substance abuse and human trafficking in the local communities where it operates. The Slave 2 Nothing Foundation embodies and exemplifies how this mission is lived out through generously supporting organizations that fight for these two causes across 8 states. This opportunity is unique in that the future Executive Director will be part of fulfilling the vision of the In-N-Out President by directly giving grants to organizations that align with the mission of Slave 2 Nothing.
The Slave 2 Nothing Foundation was created by Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson and Sean Ellingson in 2016 as a 501(c)(3) and is supported primarily through donor contributions and fundraising activities sponsored by In-N-Out Burger. The Slave 2 Nothing Foundation’s mission is to free people from being enslaved to any person or substance. Slave 2 Nothing fulfills this mission by providing financial support (grants) to organizations in eight states where In-N-Out Burger invests in their local communities.
The Executive Director is responsible for managing a team and overseeing the strategic plan, programs, grant process, and administration of the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation in fulfillment of the mission to help those who are enslaved by any person or substance. This includes being a champion in the fight against addiction and human trafficking while expanding relationships in the community, with donors, and the In-N-Out Burger family.
