Key Responsibilities
- Provide vision, leadership, and strategic oversight for the entire Family Ministry from cradle through college.
- Personally champion and lead the children’s ministry.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and empower staff and volunteer leaders across Family Ministries.
- Create engaging, Gospel-centered environments where children, students, and families can grow in their faith.
- Build healthy systems that support continued ministry growth, volunteer development, communication, and execution.
- Partner with parents to help disciple the next generation at home.
- Collaborate with church leadership to create a unified discipleship strategy across every stage of life.
- Evaluate ministry effectiveness and pursue continual improvement through healthy metrics, feedback, and innovation.
- Foster alignment between children’s, student, and young adult ministries while maintaining excellence in each area.
Key Qualifications

- Experience providing strategic leadership across multiple NextGen ministries is preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain volunteer leaders.
