Mission
To invite everyone to experience that following Jesus makes life better.
Values
- Real over religious: Because we would rather be always real than always religious.

- Giving over getting: Because the value of a life is found in how much of it is given away.

Key Responsibilities
- Set the vision alongside Family Pastor for middle and high school ministries including a programming plan to carry it out.
- Oversee all operations of middle and high school ministries to invite students to discover that following Jesus makes life better. This includes oversight and active involvement in weekend student services, midweek events, as well as camps.
- Oversee the development of engaging content to effectively teach middle and high school students and to encourage them to engage in healthy spiritual rhythms.
- Recruit, train, and care for adult and high school volunteers who play a significant role in the vision and purpose of the middle and high school ministries.
- Build and maintain quality relationships with parents and families of students involved in middle and high school ministries, and provide them with resources to help raise their students to know Jesus.
Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant ministry experience
