The Next Gen Pastor will lead and multiply Eastpoint’s student ministry (70%), cultivate a thriving young adult community (20%), and provide strategic oversight and partnership to kids ministry (10%). This leader will build and develop volunteer teams, disciple students and young adults, and help integrate the next generation into the broader mission of Eastpoint Church. This role requires strong theological conviction, relational leadership, and a developer mindset within a growing, multi-campus church environment.

About This Organization

Eastpoint Church is a growing, gospel-centered church located on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, with campuses in Easton and Centreville. Originally launched in 2016 as a campus of Bay Area Community Church, Eastpoint became an autonomous church in 2021 and has since grown from 200 to more than 700 in weekly attendance. The church is known for Christ-centered, expositional preaching, vibrant next generation ministries, and a deeply relational community culture.

Meeting in local YMCA facilities, Eastpoint has embraced a “church without walls” mindset. Rather than being defined by a building, the church is defined by a people committed to living on mission in their neighborhoods, schools, and workplaces.
