Staff Culture
- Ministry leadership prioritizes relational, emotional, and financial health, holding staff accountable to healthy boundaries, family rhythms, and personal financial stewardship.
- Decision-making is intentionally collaborative across executive and campus teams, operating in an environment that rejects celebrity culture in favor of team-driven strategic execution.
- The congregation and staff respond to leaders who display “humble confidence”—communicating conversationally and engaging high-capacity leaders without pretense.
- The team carries a natural blend of spiritual depth, fun, drive, and spiritual hunger—actively praying for physical healings, deliverance, and prophetic encouragement in daily life.
- Staff culture is fast-paced and hard-working while maintaining a high priority on personal family health, protecting days off, and fostering genuine team camaraderie.
