C3 Tri-Cities

Discipleship/Connections Pastor

Richland, Washington

Why I Love This Opportunity

Ernest Smith

Associate

I love this opportunity because the church is healthy, growing and they have a huge vision to reach the Tri-Cities area. In addition, this opportunity gives this new leader a chance to dream and paint on a fairly blank canvas. For someone who is looking for a great church fit and a position that allows them to dream, lead and execute, this is the perfect opportunity for them.

About This Organization

C3 Tri-Cities began as a church plant in a Richland school. Today, it has a weekly attendance of over 1700 people, not including their thriving student ministry. The mission of C3 is to lead people into a new and growing relationship with Jesus. They are passionate about reaching the surrounding community and, as a result, they have a licensed counseling center and preschool.

With the addition of their new Lead Pastor, Adrian Schoonmaker, C3 Tri-Cities is preparing for an oncoming rapid growth season. Even without having a Lead Pastor for the last year, the church has seen hundreds of salvations and baptisms. With new leadership and a renewed passion for reaching the community, weekend attendance is growing, and there is a newfound energy among the congregation. Now C3 is looking for their next team member to help the church grow deeper in their commitment to Jesus and their love for the community.
