Free Wheelchair Mission

Director of Programs Partnerships

Remote

Free Wheelchair Mission is looking for a Director of Programs Partnerships to lead the growth and care of its global network of distribution partners, helping bring the gift of mobility to more people living with disabilities around the world. This is a meaningful opportunity for a strategic and relationship driven leader to join a mission that is practical, faith centered, and deeply transformative. The Director will oversee the team responsible for cultivating and supporting wheelchair distribution partners and medical supply collaborators across the globe. They will focus on strengthening existing relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth, and ensuring every partnership reflects the heart and standards of Free Wheelchair Mission.

Why I Love This Opportunity

Free Wheelchair Mission is one of those rare organizations where the mission is both tangible and deeply moving. They are changing lives by giving the gift of mobility by offering dignity, independence, and hope. As someone who has worked with many nonprofits, I am struck by how grounded and purpose driven this team is.

What makes this moment especially exciting is the momentum already in motion. With a bold goal of reaching 3 million people by 2035 and the upcoming launch of the GEN 4 JOY wheelchair, Free Wheelchair Mission is stepping into a powerful new chapter. They have invested in their team, built strong systems, and are ready to grow in smart and strategic ways.

For the right person, this is more than a job. It is an invitation to be part of a mission that is changing lives around the world every day. I am honored to help share this opportunity.
