Mission, Vision, and Values
Mission Statement:
- To help people find and follow Jesus.
Vision Statement:
- To reach ten counties through ten campuses across Middle Tennessee, sparking regional renewal and awakening.
Values:
- Everyone’s Welcome: Creating approachable, hospitable environments where anyone can belong regardless of their background.
- Nobody’s Perfect: Embracing authenticity, grace, and transparency, acknowledging that no one has it all together.
- With Jesus, Anything’s Possible: Believing in the power of God to transform lives, perform miracles, and bring spiritual awakening.
- Humility: Cultivating a teachable, ego-free spirit that elevates others over personal platform.
- Integrity: Living a life above reproach in personal character, holiness, and conduct.
- Relational Unity: Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with leadership, honoring authority, and building unified teams across all campuses.
- Joy: Stepping into Cross Point’s next chapter with infectious delight, praise, and hope in the Lord.
Staff Culture
- Prayer as the Operating System: Staff culture starts on its knees, carrying the conviction that prayer is not merely an event, but the front-line strategy for every ministry endeavor.
- Word & Spirit Balance: Anchored by Pastor Kevin’s non-anxious leadership, the staff balances verse-by-verse biblical exposition with expectant reliance on the Holy Spirit.
- Holy, Humble, and Hungry: The team is composed of leaders who love Jesus deeply, possess teachable hearts that welcome feedback, and demonstrate a strong drive to master their craft.
- High Accountability and Clear Boundaries: The organization is actively transitioning toward role clarity, operational systems, and healthy boundaries that provide freedom for staff to run and thrive.
- Casual and Down-to-Earth Environment: Staff interact in an informal, approachable setting—frequently wearing hoodies, hats, and jeans—where authenticity is prized over corporate stiffness.
