Cross Point Church

Chief of Staff

Nashville,

Tennessee

Why I Love This Opportunity

Keith Twigg

Senior Associate

Cross Point Church is a special church and a special team who have been called to great things. They are chasing revival together in Nashville & beyond, and this is the role of the lifetime for a leader with the right character & competency!

About This Organization

Cross Point was started by a small group of people back in 2002 who envisioned a different kind of church. A safe place for people who’d never been interested in church or who had bad experiences with the church. A place that would put a greater emphasis on serving others than being served. And in time, we articulated that as a place where Everyone’s Welcome, Nobody’s Perfect, and, with Jesus, Anything’s Possible. We brought that to life as a small church in a rented facility until around 2008, when we began to grow quickly and needed more space. Rather than build one large church, we made the decision to spread out and launch multiple campuses. We now function as six physical campuses throughout the Middle TN area, an online campus that reaches thousands all over the world, and a God Behind Bars campus that gathers at the TN Prison for Women.

The mission of Cross Point is to help people Find and Follow Jesus, and we live that out in a lot of different ways. For those inside the church, it might mean being part of a Group, serving on a team, and using their gifts to advance the Kingdom of God. We build large volunteer teams, believing that all followers of Christ are called to do the work of ministry. But we also have a strong calling outside the walls of the church and desire to see revival in our day and our time. Our church serves the Nashville community through dozens of local partners, providing financial support and thousands of volunteer hours each year. And we’re also involved globally, partnering with organizations advancing the gospel in countries such as India, Cambodia, Kenya, Egypt, the Dominican Republic, and more. Cross Point currently averages 5,000 people in person attendance each week across its services as well as 5,000 online.

No matter where you’ve been or what you believe, you’re welcome at Cross Point. Our services clearly communicate the hope found through Jesus Christ. We use engaging music, compelling videos, straightforward teaching, and many other elements to help people connect with an incredibly passionate God about you and your story. We hope you feel right at home here.
