Cross Bridge has the heart to engage the community and the world with the love of Jesus. The church has experienced ministry health and a steady increase over the last seven years. Stories of life change are happening as people choose to follow Jesus and grow in discipleship.
Cross Bridge is experiencing spiritual, numerical, and financial health. In January 2021, they were able to pay off the mortgage for the current facility. Over the past year, they’ve significantly invested in media ministries, facility improvements, and landscaping needs. They are also building a new Student Center and pavilion alongside the community park.
God is moving in the people of Cross Bridge. There is a clear sense that the Holy Spirit is drawing the church closer to Him and calling people to go into the community to make a difference for the Kingdom in the days ahead.

Cross Bridge is passionate about evangelism and missions. The church reaches young families through a quality pre-school program, a sizeable sports ministry, and a thriving outreach to young moms in the area. In 2019, they planted Launch Point Church to reach people in a nearby city. They have partnered with community schools in the area, building a reputation as a generous church that cares. They partner with missional organizations to train Doctors in Kenya, and help provide clean water for communities, food for hungry children, and resources to fight human trafficking.
Rockledge is located in Brevard County, one of the fastest-growing areas in Florida. They are just north of the Palm Bay/Melbourne Area, right between Cocoa Beach and Viera.
Cross Bridge currently has two services, 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Each worship gathering strives to engage people to draw closer to Jesus so that life transformation can happen.
The team has grown and developed significantly coming out of covid, using click and tracks to support a new musical direction and worship approach. As a new Worship Pastor joins the staff, the church is committed to giving them the proper support and team resources to oversee the worship ministry.
The worship ministry has a good foundation in place. Now is the right time to continue building a modern worship service to reach a younger demographic while caring and connecting with those who have been part of the church’s journey for many years. With the new youth building, pavilion, and community park, the right people and resources are coming together for a great season of ministry impact at Cross Bridge. They are looking for a Worship Pastor who can build on the foundation, growing the vision that Jesus be lifted high and helping people move from where they are to where God wants them to be.
