Youth Pastor

Create Church is looking for a Youth Pastor to lead the youth ministry (6th-12th) and the volunteer team that leads the weekly youth gathering, events, and trips. They will develop appropriate discipleship relationships with students and equip parents to develop their students’ faith.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating a relational culture in student ministries that is outreach-orientated and that meet the developmental stages of middle school and high school students.
• Teach the Bible to students and meet with students to help them grow in their faith.
• Developing and strengthening the large group and small groups of the student ministry.
• Investing in and equipping youth ministry volunteers
• Strategically and creatively leading the youth ministry with events such as monthly gatherings, retreats, ministry projects, and trips.
• Pursuing a ministry presence beyond the church

• Spirit-filled: Has an active prayer language and is open to leading in the spirit
