Mission, Vision, and Values
Win people to Christ.
Train them as disciples.
Send them out to impact their world.
For generations, believers at Corinth have been following Jesus. And for generations to come, we will continue to follow Him. We are a people who love Jesus, enjoy meeting together, sharing life together, and love serving our community.
Staff Culture
- Deeply Relational and Warm: Corinth feels like family. The staff genuinely enjoys one another, cares well for each other, and creates an environment marked by encouragement, authenticity, and shared life.
- Loyal, Stable, and Rooted: Many team members and volunteers have been part of Corinth for years. This long-tenured, steady presence creates trust, consistency, and a culture that honors the church’s rich generational legacy and deep community roots.
- Collaborative and Team-Oriented: Silos are low, and teamwork is high. Decisions involve multiple voices, communication is open, and staff willingly jump in wherever needed. It’s a culture of “we do this together.”
- Humble, Low-Ego Leadership: From senior leadership down, the tone is servant-hearted and approachable. People lead without ego, support one another, and prioritize the mission over personal territory or recognition.
- Hardworking, Adaptable, and All-In: The team carries a strong work ethic and is ready to pivot as the church grows and facilities expand. When demands rise, the staff rallies, stays flexible, and finds joy in the work — even in busy seasons.
- Joyful, Fun, and Life-Giving: There’s laughter, celebration, and genuine enjoyment woven through the work week. Staff and volunteers love being here, and that warmth spills over into the broader church community.
