The Connections Minister/Pastor will create systems and environments that encourage people to take their best next step in connecting with the community, church, and each other.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize regular outreach events and activities, such as community service projects, social gatherings, and special worship services.
Create and lead small groups and social events specifically for young adults, fostering a sense of community and spiritual growth.
Establish and nurture relationships with local colleges, young adult groups, and community organizations.
Develop and deliver training programs for 18-35 year old members on evangelism, hospitality, and outreach.
