Mission: Lead people to find and follow Jesus.
Vision: Multiplying disciples in relational environments. We want to help make disciples of Jesus who will: Love God, Love People, and Share Jesus.
Compass has an exceptionally healthy team environment—relationally warm, encouraging, and aligned around mission. Staff members describe the culture as collaborative, genuinely fun, spiritually intentional, and marked by trust and unity. Leadership development, prayer, and pastoral care are woven into the rhythm of staff life.
The Senior Pastor is accessible, invested, and deeply committed to the long-term health of both the congregation and the staff. Expectations are high, but the working environment is supportive, grace-filled, and energized. People love being part of this team.
