The Worship Pastor at Compass Christian Church will help cultivate, lead, and champion a vibrant, Spirit-led worship culture that reflects collaboration, creativity, musical excellence, and a pastoral heart. This role will report to the Creative Arts Director and serve as a member of a dynamic Creative Arts team, partnering closely with production, pastoral, and teaching teams to design worship experiences that are unified, meaningful, and aligned with series content.
The Worship Pastor will not only be a skilled vocalist and musician but also a shepherd-leader — someone who equips and mentors worship leaders, musicians, and next-generation talent, while fostering a humble team culture.
