The Alma Campus offers an exciting opportunity to step into a thriving ministry environment within a church experiencing strong momentum. The campus facility is among the finest in the region, and weekend services are consistently full—with the potential of adding a third service in the near future. The Alma congregation is eager to welcome their next pastor, hoping for a relational, kind-hearted leader who will love them well and walk alongside them in life and faith.
This role also carries the privilege of following a deeply respected predecessor. While comparisons may be inevitable, the right leader will bring maturity, humility, and skilled leadership to honor the past while guiding the campus into the future.
As part of Community Church, the Alma Campus is actively embracing the church’s evolving ministry model. Significant progress has been made in the past two years, and the next Campus Pastor will play a key role in continuing to shape and strengthen this vision for the future.
