Staff Culture

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shepherd the Kids Ministry staff at Central Campus, serving 2,000 kids weekly
- Recruit, train, and multiply volunteer leaders at scale
- Build and manage check-in, safety, and classroom systems that hold up under high weekly volume
- Cast a compelling vision for Kids Ministry and collaborate closely with campus and church-wide leadership
Key Qualifications
- Proven track record leading a large-scale, growing children’s ministry (multi-campus experience a plus)
