Mission
Citygate Network exists to equip ministries to transform lives from suffering to flourishing through the gospel.
Vision
Advancing the influence and impact of gospel-centered ministries and organizations in order to alleviate poverty, eradicate homelessness, overcome addiction, reduce mental health challenges, and empower life transformation.
Values

- Respect: we will value the worth and dignity of all people created in the image of God and loved by Him
- Partnership: we will work collaboratively knowing we are stronger together
- Hope: we will engage with expectation and confidence of God’s working in our world and in the lives of people for their good and His glory

- Spirit-led: the Holy Spirit’s movement and prayer is central to the work
- Collaborative: high ownership (not micro-managing) and excellence without unnecessary hierarchy
- High support, high challenge: people are stretched yet fully supported as they work individually and collectively toward shared goal
- Relaxed but ambitious: non-corporate in feel while maintaining a strong drive for growth and impact
- Build and lead Citygate’s development strategy: create a clear roadmap for major donor growth, foundation partnerships and future fundraising expansion aligned to the strategic plan
- Cultivate and steward transformational donor and foundation relationships: lead high-level conversations, strategic asks, and long-term partnerships
