The heart of the RIZE Network is to plant healthy, growing churches that impact influential cities from San Diego to Seattle. The RIZE Network is committed to walking side by side with leaders by providing the needed resources to plant successfully.
RIZE exists to plant, replant, recalibrate and adopt diverse churches in strategic cities in the US and beyond!
The RIZE Network is the church-planting network of the Pacific Coast Japanese Conference. The PCJC was founded upon the sacrificial lives of four women who reached out in faith to the first Japanese who had settled in the United States in the early 1900s. The network was forged out of the difficult and challenging conditions of the Japanese Internment Camps of the 1940s. It was then that several Free Methodist Pastors and congregations reached out with love, compassion to share the Gospel.
The fruit of their outreach was overwhelming and led to the formation of multiple churches throughout California and AZ.
Today, the PCJC is a multi-ethnic network of 21 churches and has an aggressive strategy and vision to plant churches through their newly founded RIZE Church Planting Network.
The goal of launching RIZE is to plant “20 churches in 10 years” from San Diego to Seattle and beyond!
