Church in the Son is now a body of about 900 people attending weekly, located strategically in the heart of Orlando, with a huge heart and reputation for serving the community. The new Kids Pastor will step into a healthy and exciting church culture already making inroads into local schools and impacting families.
The Kids Pastor is responsible for developing and implementing a creative, comprehensive program of care, evangelism, spiritual formation, and service opportunities for preschool and elementary-grade children. Must be engaged in recruiting, training, motivating, equipping, and developing leaders and volunteers in the ministry.
This position requires the ability to lead department staff and volunteers in alignment with the church’s vision and core values. Must possess strong administrative and spiritual maturity and people skills.
