The new Discipleship and Outreach Pastor will serve the church by providing strategic leadership and hands-on direction for discipleship and outreach, building a healthy and growing pathway that invites people into deeper relationships with Jesus and equips them to live missionally. This role develops disciples who are becoming disciple-makers, fosters meaningful local and global partnerships, leads mission and service efforts, and mobilizes the church family to express God’s love across the street and around the world.
