- CATC exists to follow Jesus and demonstrate God’s love in every part of our lives. Loving God is integral to our worship, teaching, and spiritual formation. Loving others is expressed through good works, compassion, mercy, and showing the love of God as clearly as possible.
Staff Culture

Key Responsibilities
- Build volunteer teams by identifying, recruiting, and training leaders
- Plan and oversee kids ministry programming on Thursday nights and Sundays (including oversight of the Sunday afternoon English-speaking Arabic ministry)
- Lead the planning and execution of major kids ministry events (VBS, family events, and Special Sundays)
- Partner with parents to equip them as the primary spiritual leaders of their children
- Provide pastoral care, encouragement, and support to families as needed
Key Qualifications
- A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that reflects spiritual maturity and integrity
- Previous ministry or leadership experience in a church, parachurch, or nonprofit setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, leaders, and volunteers
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities, details, and projects effectively
- Heart for serving people and demonstrated experience equipping others for ministry
