About This Organization

CCPC is a Christian, nondenominational humanitarian resource center located in the heart of Park City, Utah. Our mission is to meet people at their point of need as an expression of God’s love. We seek to help improve the lives of people and communities by meeting immediate and basic needs, serving as a leading networker of community resources, offering counseling and care support, and giving hope to those we serve.
Focusing primarily on the population centers of Summit and Wasatch counties, CCPC serves all people, regardless of race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or gender. We require no membership, dues, or compliance with our faith traditions to be served by our programs and resources.

Position Description

The Executive Director is responsible for providing visionary leadership and overall management of the Christian Center of Park City (CCPC) in order to direct its organizational success. The Executive Director will lead through strategic planning, visionary oversight, donor engagement and cultivation, board leadership, and coordination, and serve as the “face” of CCPC through public relations and communication. The Executive Director will lead the senior leadership team responsible for strategic decision-making and operational management to ensure CCPC is focused on and accomplishing its mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Leadership:

  • Provide visionary and empowering executive leadership by articulating, living out, and reinforcing the organization’s mission.
    Strategic Planning:
  • Develop annual CCPC-wide Strategic Plan by leading and facilitating the strategic planning process with the Executive and Strategic Leadership teams to clarify mission achievement.
    Financial Management:
  • Work very closely with the CFO to ensure the financial integrity of CCPC’s finances and demonstrate an ability to discern and understand CCPC’s financial documents.
    Board Leadership and Coordination:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between CCPC’s staff and CCPC’s Governing Board.
  • Community Engagement, Media, and Public Relations:
    Actively engage as the “face” of CCPC, building strong, collaborative partnerships with public, private, and other non-profit organizations in order to advance CCPC’s mission and programs, serving as both a thought and operational leader.
    Development and Donor Management:
  • Identify and cultivate key individual, corporate, and foundation donors, helping to create a culture of fundraising throughout CCPC

  • Manages the complexity of multiple programs across multiple facilities and sites with ease
    Excellent Public Speaker & Advocate:
  • Experience in securing annual gifts of $10K-100K
