Christ Community Church in Rochester, Minnesota is seeking a genuine, humble, passionate leader for the worship ministries of our church.
We are part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination, and are intentionally living into our vision statement to be a church of generous people who honor Jesus, love each other, and serve our neighbors. We have 3 services with about 1100 people participating each weekend. We would describe our church’s worship culture as sincere and responsive and we enjoy the Lord’s presence together when we are gathered for worship.
Rochester, MN is a community of about 150,000 people, home to Mayo Clinic, and consistently recognized as one of the best places to live in the United States.
The primary goal of the Director of Worship & Arts is to help people meet and follow Jesus utilizing music, media, and other artistic expression. The DWA will lead all things worship and production at CCC, and will recruit and develop other leaders to share the stage and the ministry.
