About This Organization

Markle Church of Christ was started in 1878. In 1980, the church moved to it’s second and current location. The original establishment is pictured below. This picture represents the beginning of over 140 years of impactful kingdom impact in Markle and the surrounding areas. The church is building an engaging and memorable experience for church goers to launch into the week ahead. In their 400 seat sanctuary, they see around 250 adults and 60 children on a Sunday. For the last two years they moved to a thriving Sunday school hour at 9am and one church service at 10:30. With both of these services at very full capacities, there will be a discussion about adding another service in the near future.MCC has a long history of growing up the next generation as they are a family-oriented, kid-friendly, and multi-generational church. While the church is located in a tiny community of less than 2000, their body draws from four counties. The most prominent of those counties is Allen County, where Fort Wayne has over 250,000 people. MCC is a church with a rich history, broad reach, and an inspiring capacity for growth.
