About This Organization

Chapelstreet Church is a family of neighborhood churches, each committed to transforming lives and impacting the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are united in our love for Jesus, our belief in the Bible, and our dedication to serving our neighbors—both near and far. With four campuses and nearly 90 staff members, we strive in all we do to be a place where people can experience grace, grow in faith, and make an impact—for where they are.

Here are some distinctives that make Chapelstreet culture unique:

  • Multigenerational: Chapelstreet is growing older and younger at the same time. We have both a growing retirement age population that attends all of our campuses, and there is a growing younger generation with a “baby boom” ever since Covid and continuing.
  • Variety of Denominational Backgrounds: It may surprise the outside observer to learn that our attendees come from a wide variety of denominational backgrounds, such as Catholic and mainline churches. At one point, we estimated that perhaps 60% of our attendees had a background in Catholicism.
  • Conservative: but not legalistic.
  • Neighborhood Church Vision: Our vision is to be a family of neighborhood churches, committed to transforming lives and impacting the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Rather than constructing larger buildings, we launch campuses in neighborhoods and encourage each Chapelstreeter to be a “chapel on his or her street” (hence our church name). Taking to heart Jeremiah 29:7, we believe that we are to “seek the welfare of the city where [God has]…sent you…and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.”
  • Live Preaching at Campuses: Our campuses offer live preaching the vast majority of weekends. None of our four campuses are video venues and each have a dedicated Campus Pastor who is a vital part of the Preaching Team. The Lead Pastor currently serves as the Campus Pastor for the largest location.
  • Mission: Our mission is unique to Chapelstreet Church. The mission of Chapelstreet is to strive in all we do to be a place where people can experience grace, grow in faith, and make an impact–for where you are.
