Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership of the worship ministry.
- Recruit, train, and develop worship and production team members.
- Oversee and lead worship for weekly services, events, and special gatherings.
- Plan, prepare, and execute worship sets in alignment with the Lead Pastors’ vision.
- Oversee worship ministry administration.
- Partner with the Assimilation and Events Department.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of four to five years of experience leading worship in a healthy local-church environment is preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have served as a Worship Pastor or in a comparable leadership role and have experience leading a larger congregation and developing teams.
- Because Century Assembly is diverse generationally, ethnically, and socioeconomically, the candidate should demonstrate pastoral maturity, strong leadership ability, and experience effectively serving people from a variety of backgrounds.
