Center Grove Church

Discipleship Pastor

Clemmons,
North Carolina

Why I Love This Opportunity

This is a rare chance to step into a healthy, growing, gospel-centered church that has already done the hard work of rebuilding and is now poised for its next season of fruitfulness. Center Grove has strong leadership, a clear mission, excellent systems, and a genuine commitment to discipleship—not just attendance growth.

What makes this role especially compelling is the breadth of influence. The Discipleship Pastor will shape the spiritual formation pathway of the church from kids to adults, working with a motivated (and largely young) team that is hungry to grow. The foundation is solid; the runway is long; and the church is deeply committed to making disciples who make disciples.
