Worship Pastor/Director

The Worship Pastor/Director will oversee the Worship experience of Calvary Oceanside. This is an excellent opportunity to cultivate and shepherd the Worship culture of CCO. Calvary Chapel is a highly relational community looking for someone to join their family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary worship leader for services.
• Build, direct, coordinate, and develop the band/support team members.
• Lead weekly rehearsals for the band and schedule team members.
• Post chord charts and other necessary elements for the team each week.
• Participate in all production and creative meetings. This includes assisting in the overall programming and executing creative elements in the worship experience.
• Pastor, coach, and care for all worship team volunteers.
