Calvary Baptist is looking for their next senior pastor. Someone who will provide vision and direction for the church. Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care for the congregation and staff. Oversee preaching, teaching, discipleship, worship, staff, and community outreach consistent with Baptist doctrine and the church’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preach and teach weekly, prepare baptisms and Lord’s Supper services, and lead corporate worship planning.
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, hospital visits, and crisis support for members.
• Cast vision, develop strategy, and lead spiritual and numerical growth initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff and lay leaders; build and equip volunteer teams.
• Oversee discipleship, evangelism, small groups, and ministries for all ages.
• Lead membership development, baptismal preparation, and membership discipline in line with church polity.
• Represent the church in the local community and foster partnerships with other churches and ministries.
