Qualificiations
- A personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ marked by integrity and authenticity
- Track record of successful ministry experience with teenagers
- Ability to teach and communicate Scripture in a way that is both biblical and relationally engaging
- Skilled at recruiting, equipping, and leading adult volunteers
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness
- Comfortable and confident leading in both large group and one-on-one settings
- Teachable, flexible, and willing to receive feedback
- Passionate about reaching unchurched students and discipling those already in the faith
- Willingness to become a member of Calvary Assembly and align with its mission and values
- Undergraduate degree preferred but not required
- Social media fluency (Instagram is our primary currently)
- Committed to ongoing personal and professional development through coaching, resources, and training opportunities
