Founded by Pastors David and Nicole Crank in 2004, Faith Church lives and leads on the cutting edge of where faith collides with current culture. With four church campuses in St. Louis, Missouri, and two campuses in the West Palm Beach, Florida, area, Faith Church continues to grow and expand its reach across the US and the world through not only its physical locations but also its global online and television audience. Faith Church is in a very exciting season as they are adding two new campuses (Fairview Heights, IL, and Lakeworth, FL)! A true testament to the continued growth of the ministry.
The importance of this highly influential and necessary role within the context of the Faith Church culture cannot be overstated. The AV Director will bring proactive, creative, empowering, team-building, and communicative leadership with excellence to the worship experience of Faith Church. This leader MUST have the ability to not only build and create systems and processes in these specific areas that promote innovation, creativity, teamwork, communication, and efficiency but also the ability to be flexible, teachable, able to pivot quickly, responsive, plan, and run at a fast pace with a high energy leader in Pastor David who is constantly keeping his finger on the pulse of culture and current events. Pastor David believes that the local Church must be at the forefront of creating culture rather than constantly reacting to the tide of culture.
