Strategy and Execution
- Refine and execute a multi-year global program strategy aligned with organizational priorities.

- Ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery across a diverse international Network.
- Balance ambition with strong follow-through in complex operating environments.
Systems and Scale
- Architect and refine the operational systems that underpin grantmaking, Network engagement, monitoring, and reporting.
- Improve processes to increase clarity, efficiency, and accountability.
- Ensure infrastructure can responsibly scale as Atlas Free’s Network and funding grow.
- Establish decision-making frameworks and documentation that increase consistency and effectiveness.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning
- Advance practical, rigorous evaluation frameworks that measure meaningful outcomes.
- Use data to inform strategy, strengthen programs, and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and manage risk across geographies and partnerships.
Partnerships and Representation
- Build trusted relationships with Network Members across cultural and geographic.
- Represent Atlas Free in donor meetings, conferences, and site visits with confidence.
- Facilitate collaboration and shared learning that increases collective impact across the network.
- Advanced degree in social work, development, law, business, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience managing teams, multi-million dollar budgets, and cross-cultural programs.
- Demonstrated success strengthening systems, improving performance, and scaling programmatic work.
- Proven ability to raise clarity, expectations, and overall team performance in a growing organization.
- Experience leading teams through growth, hiring, and organizational evolution.
- Experience operating in senior leadership roles within complex, mission-driven organizations.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and stewarding donor-funded initiatives.
- Background in anti-trafficking, human rights, policy, advocacy, or closely related disciplines strongly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

This leader will foster connection, guide the team with clarity and vision, and ensure alignment with Atlas Free’s values.

This senior leadership role will help lead that next phase and be accountable for the overall effectiveness, cohesion, and scalability of Atlas Free’s global program portfolio.
You will oversee a $4M+ departmental budget, lead and develop the Program Team, and ensure that strategy translates into measurable, durable impact across the Network.

This role calls for a leader who can assess strengths, develop talent, and thoughtfully add new capacity as the organization scales. Success will require setting clear priorities, making sound judgment calls in complex environments, and ensuring efficient follow-through across the department. - Deliver and progressively iterate on Atlas Free’s robust services to the Network. Continue to increase Network membership.
- Implement clear goals for Program team impact and establish clear impact measurement and evaluation metrics throughout Program services.
- Align team structure and culture with a clear vision and direction for the department’s future.
- Assess current systems and processes, providing strategic recommendations to enhance confidence, efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
