The ministry of Redeemer Church is fueled by a core vision for Everyone, everywhere, to experience the Gospel. They are committed to building a church where people are irresistibly drawn to Jesus. And inspired by Gospel-centered teaching and ministry.
Redeemer started in 2007 with a group of about 40 adults and kids with a desire to make disciples THAT make disciples and plant churches THAT plant churches. The church has grown steadily over the years, and that original desire is still in their heartbeat. Redeemer is grateful that they have been able to send a few different teams to plant churches nationally and globally and resourced many other churches to start residency programs through Acts 29.
One of Redeemer’s core values is “the culture of our church really…really matters,” which translates into a church that preaches the Gospel and feels like grace.
The Associate Pastor works closely with the Lead and Executive Pastors in the general shepherding of the church. Specifically, the Associate Pastor works to establish and develop a robust community life that strategically aligns with Redeemer. “Community life” includes assimilation, the relational experience of those attending corporate worship, helping everyone find their people in Community Groups and cohorts, and coordinating events/meetups. Additional responsibilities/focuses could be added depending on the pastor’s gift mix and the church’s needs, including overseeing staff.
