- Strategic Leadership & Vision: Lead and implement Solid Rock’s mission, vision, and strategic goals across all locations. Collaborate with the Board of Directors, staff, and founders to shape the organization’s priorities, growth strategy, and program expansion. Identify opportunities for new Teen Center development and partnerships that advance Solid Rock’s mission.
- Multi-Site Operations & Program Oversight: Provide executive leadership and oversight for the Teen Centers in Phoenix, Mesa, and Goodyear to ensure consistent quality, safety, and alignment with Solid Rock’s mission. Supervise and support Teen Center Directors at each site, ensuring programs meet operational standards and serve community needs. Ensure that each Teen Center operates with excellence in stewardship of resources.
- Fundraising & Development: Serve as the primary portfolio carrier of major donors, cultivating relationships and fostering greater capacity for giving. Provide strategic support and leadership for other fundraising initiatives and campaigns. Serve as a visible ambassador for Solid Rock, representing the organization at media appearances, community events, and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Board Relations & Governance: Partner with the Board of Directors to strengthen engagement, governance, transparency, and mission impact. Provide meaningful metrics with accompanying stories that illuminate organizational performance, fundraising, partnerships, and program outcomes. Support Board development, engagement, and recruitment to ensure a diverse and dynamic leadership team.
- Financial & Administrative Management: Oversee financial systems, audits, compliance, and reporting to ensure integrity and accountability. Oversee the HR function to maintain sound personnel policies, staff development, and organizational culture. Promote operational efficiencies, policy consistency, and effective resource management across centers.
REQUIRED
- 8 to 10 years of leadership as a CEO, Executive Director, Pastor or relevant role
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Multi-site leadership
- Major gift fundraising & strategic partnership cultivation
- Proven experience working with Board and external stakeholders
- Experience working with youth
PREFERRED
- Experience in a nonprofit or church environment
- Master’s Degree (Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field)
- Experience managing creative, community-based, and/or youth-serving programs
