Mission: Africa New Life Ministries exists to communicate the message of Jesus Christ in word and deed, to Rwanda and all the nations. This ministry will help all peoples to understand the relationship with God available to them through belief in Jesus as Savior.
This will be accomplished by providing access to education, leadership training, and healthcare; through church planting and Christian discipleship; and through holistic care for vulnerable children, and women and men in need.

- Lead and Develop the Team: Lead and coach a high-performing, mission-aligned Advancement Department.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Build and manage a portfolio of major donors and strategic partners, personally cultivating relationships and expanding funding capacity.
- Serve as an Executive Leader: Contribute to organizational strategy and decision-making as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, aligning revenue with ministry priorities.
- Foster Alignment: Partner across teams to create a unified, effective advancement engine.
- Strengthen Donor Engagement: Create systems and experiences that deepen relationships, increase retention, and connect partners to impact.
- Champion Brand and Messaging: Ensure clear, consistent communication of mission, impact, and theological foundation.
- Proven Advancement Leadership: 5–10+ years leading both fundraising teams and strategy with measurable revenue growth.
- Major Donor Expertise: Strong track record of cultivating and growing high-capacity donor and partner relationships.
- Team Leadership: Experience building and developing high-performing teams with clarity and accountability.
- Communication Strength: Ability to shape compelling messaging around mission and impact.
