Africa New Life

Church Partnerships Specialist

Remote

This role is all about building meaningful relationships with churches and church leaders who want to make a lasting impact through Africa New Life. By cultivating trusted partnerships and helping churches find meaningful ways to engage, this leader will grow sponsorships, generosity, and long-term connections that advance Africa New Life’s mission.

Why We Love This Opportunity

I love that this role is ultimately about people—building trusted relationships with church leaders and inviting them into the incredible work God is doing through Africa New Life. There’s something especially compelling about helping churches move from simply knowing about the mission to becoming deeply invested partners in the lives and communities being transformed in Rwanda.

  • Church & Ministry Acumen – Demonstrates a genuine love for the local church, actively participates in church life, and understands a variety of church traditions, denominations, and leadership cultures.
  • Compelling Communication – Communicates Africa New Life’s mission with authenticity, clarity, and conviction through engaging conversations, presentations, and storytelling that inspire action.
  • Disciplined Execution – Balances strong relationships with intentional follow-through, effectively managing priorities, honoring commitments, and consistently advancing partnerships toward meaningful outcomes.
