Ada Bible Church began in 1978 when eleven Christ followers gathered with a vision to share Christ’s message in southeast Grand Rapids. Under longtime Pastor Jeff Manion, the church grew to more than 8,500 attenders across five campuses, known for strong biblical teaching, vibrant small groups, and a welcoming culture. Aaron Buer now serves as Senior Pastor, continuing Ada’s legacy of steady, authentic leadership.

Ada Bible Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a Campus Pastor to lead the Cascade Campus, serving around 2,500 people each weekend. This leader will provide spiritual, relational, and organizational leadership—shepherding people, developing teams, and fostering alignment with Ada’s mission of leading people into a growing relationship with God and His church.
The ideal candidate is a pastorally warm, team-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative, multi-site environment. They will model Christlike humility, communicate with clarity and empathy, and build systems and teams that multiply ministry impact.
