Staff Culture
- Ada Bible’s leadership model is elder-led and centrally structured, with Campus Pastors reporting to Joe Hays, Director of Weekend Experiences. While campus ministry remains closely aligned with central resources, the church is intentionally empowering each campus pastor with greater ownership, accountability, and authority.
- The Cascade Campus, with an average of 2,500 attenders, is a vibrant, multigenerational community that values consistency, connection, and clear communication. The campus team is composed of highly motivated, high-performing ministry leaders who work collaboratively across departments.
- Ada’s culture reflects integrity, humility, and hospitality—a place where staff are encouraged to grow both personally and professionally. The church invests heavily in leadership development, supporting each campus with annual budgets for staff development and care.
- Staff describe Ada as a high-trust culture of liberty—a place where clarity of mission allows for creativity in ministry.
