2|42 Community Church is a multi-site church with 7 locations in mid and southeast Michigan, with Brighton being the central location. Brighton is a beautiful mid-sized city located between Ann Arbor and Lansing. In a highly collaborative approach to multi-site ministry, the seven campus worship pastors design every weekend service together under the direction of the central Weekend Creative Director and Weekend Lead. Jesus is stirring a new and beautiful vision at 2|42 centered around families and discipleship, and the goal of the weekend service is to give people a glimpse of His glory and His direction to help them say yes to their next bold step in their relationship with Jesus and His community.
The Worship Pastor oversees both Worship and Production for service programming, events, and worship activities, including musical and creative aspects, planning, and preparation. An essential part of this position is to build and strengthen the Worship and Production teams by setting a culture of growth through the next steps in their spiritual devotion and musical skills. This influence spans beyond the weekend services and uplifts the worship environment within the entire campus ministry scope.

The Worship Pastor will collaborate closely with the central worship staff and the Brighton Production Pastor to design worship experiences that point to the Big Idea of the message.
