About This Organization

Christ Chapel took root in February 1979. From its inception, the church embraced four fundamental goals: to be Bible-centered, evangelistic, prayer-focused, and mission-minded. These pillars have remained steadfast over the years. Christ Chapel was a portable church until June 2000, when they completed the construction of their current facilities, creating a space where the community could come together to worship, grow, and serve. Since then, this building has been a cornerstone of faith and fellowship, witnessing countless moments of worship, prayer, salvation, healings, weddings, spiritual growth, and connection. Over the years, the church has made many updates and upgrades to better accommodate its growth. The most recent update was in July 2024, when the church completed a remodel of the auditorium, featuring new seating, a redesigned stage, and upgraded technology.

Pastor Bobby Gourley has led Christ Chapel since 2014, after relocating with his family from Nashville. Under his leadership, the church has experienced significant growth and maintained a strong passion for reaching the community and discipling its congregation. Currently, Christ Chapel is in a season of renewed vision and direction. Staying true to its foundational principles, Christ Chapel remains committed to awakening and empowering people to live and love like Jesus.
