Brian Nelson has served the local church for almost 20 years in various roles, including Worship/Creative Arts Pastor, Student Pastor, and Executive Pastor, in both single and multi-campus churches. He is currently the XP at The Bridge Community Church in Chicago, IL. He’s been blessed to see the Bridge grow from a dying church of under 200, to a multisite church of 3500+ people. Using his broad experience, Brian loves helping churches passionately pursue church growth, leader development, and healthy staff cultures. He understands that the right person in the right seat means so much to an organization. Before ministry, Brian lived in Nashville, TN and was a touring musician in the Country and Christian music scenes. He’s currently the host of the Experience Conference in Orlando, FL, the largest worship conference in the United States. He loves music, sports, and being near water…pool or ocean! Brian and his wife, Michele, have two sons, Caden and Chase, and live just outside Chicago.
