Brian Tabor has been in full-time worship ministry since 1993. He is passionate about bringing people to the feet of Jesus through worship. He also enjoys mentoring other worship leaders and most recently served as the Worship Pastor at Mount Pleasant Christian Church in Greenwood, IN.

In 2016, Brian launched Worship Leader Probs on Instagram out of a desire to bring laughter and encouragement to Worship and Production Leaders and their volunteer teams. In 2018, The Worship Leader Probs Podcast was born with a mission to entertain, encourage and equip those who serve the local church in Worship and Production. Through inspiring interviews with key industry leaders, hilarious “prayer concerns” guaranteed to make our worlds feel a little smaller, and answering questions sent in by people just like you, the podcast has grown into a thriving community and resource. Worship Leader Probs is impacting ministries around the world with more than 130 episodes and nearly 500,000 downloads of the podcast, a significant Instagram presence & following, and expanding opportunities to intentionally connect and equip ministry leaders through the WLP Network.

Brian feels that serving in Slingshot’s Experience Division fulfills his desires to see creative leaders thrive on healthy teams and churches achieve Kingdom impact through the arts.

His other passions include Indiana University basketball, the Indianapolis Colts, the St. Louis Cardinals, cooking and travel. He and his wife, Kim reside in Fishers, IN.
