Mike Haight has spent 30+ years in full-time vocational ministry serving congregations ranging from 500 to 15,000 members. He was a Worship Pastor for 27 years before transitioning into his current role as an Executive Pastor, where he helps coordinate a large staff, create strategy, and guide day-to-day operations.

Mike has been in demand as a recording and concert vocalist for years. His credits include Walt Disney Entertainment, Warner Brothers, WORD Music, Promise Keepers, Extraordinary Women Conferences, American Association of Christian Counselors’ World Conference, Al Denson, Kari Jobe, and Wintley Phipps, to name a few. For the first eight years of its existence, he served as the host and emcee for the Experience Conference in Orlando, FL, and Dallas, TX — an opportunity that allowed him to encourage and train worship leaders from across North America and the world. He has a heart for the church, a passion for leading God’s people in worship, a desire to mentor others, and a love for creating and implementing processes and systems that help ministries operate efficiently and move forward with purpose.

Mike lives in Madison, MS, with his wife, Lori. They have a daughter and son-in-law and are proud grandparents. In his spare time, Mike enjoys travel adventures, movies, a good cup of coffee, and collecting vinyl records that reflect his wide range of musical interests.
