Vance Martin literally has a lifetime of ministry experience; he grew up in the home of a Children’s Pastor/Evangelist. Vance has been exposed to all types of churches and ministry philosophies through the years and has been in vocational ministry for over 15 years. He has served on staff in the local church ranging in size from 100 to 6,000 and has been a Youth and Children’s Pastor, as well as a Leadership School Director. Vance currently serves as Vice President of NextGen for Slingshot Group.| He loves the local church and loves to use his years of experience to support churches around the country. His passion in ministry is to help leaders stretch beyond their current reality and not just see, but obtain God’s best for them in life and ministry. Over a decade ago Vance married way up when he married the love of his life, Andrea. They have two girls Emma and Lilly and live in sunny Orlando, FL. Vance loves working toward a perfectly green lawn, going on bike rides with his girls, taking his wife out on dates, and writing about himself in third person.
