Renovate Church is a 143-year-old, growing congregation in San Luis Obispo, California, committed to helping people experience God through His Word and Spirit. As an intergenerational community, Renovate equips people to follow Jesus authentically, live as sent people, and join in God’s compassion.
The Student Pastor will build meaningful, faith-shaping relationships with students and help them grow as authentic followers of Jesus through Scripture, prayer, and connection with the wider church community. At a growing intergenerational church, this leader will shape a relational student ministry culture alongside the staff team, with a focus on lasting investment in students rather than simply growing attendance.
