The Florida Technical Director provides strategic leadership for all Production ministries at Faith Church’s Florida campuses, overseeing Audio, Lighting, Production Systems, and volunteer development. More than a technical expert, this leader is responsible for building and developing healthy, thriving teams that create distraction-free worship experiences where people can encounter God. Working closely with campus and global leadership, the Technical Director recruits, coaches, and equips volunteers while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with Faith Church’s vision, culture, and ministry philosophy. Success in this role is measured by the ability to develop leaders, strengthen ministry teams, and foster a culture of excellence that advances the church’s mission.
