Lead & Oversee Student Ministry: Direct the vision, execution, and growth of Grace Students and Grace College ministries under the broader Family Life strategy.
Primary Teacher for High School Ministry: Develop and deliver biblically grounded, gospel-centered teaching for high school students; ensure teaching team alignment with GFC’s values and theology.
Recruit, Train, & Empower Leaders: Equip adult leaders and student leaders through ongoing training, clear expectations, and intentional relationship-building.
Foster Small Group & Relational Discipleship: Ensure small group environments are relational, safe, and spiritually formative; support group leaders in meaningful connection with students.
Partner with Parents & Families: Engage parents as the primary spiritual influencers; communicate regularly, offer pastoral care, and create bridges between home and church.
Champion Student Involvement in the Church & Community: Cultivate a culture of serving, both inside and outside GFC; integrate students into church-wide initiatives and local/global outreach opportunities.
Proven Student Ministry Experience: 3–5 years leading or significantly contributing to a healthy student ministry; able to shepherd both students and volunteers with clarity and care.
Effective Communicator & Bible Teacher: Capable of teaching biblical truth with theological depth and cultural relevance; skilled at connecting with students across a range of maturity and personality.
Team Leader & Staff Developer: Experience supervising and developing a ministry team; brings out the best in full-time, part-time, and volunteer leaders.
Strategic Thinker & Ministry Organizer: Ability to align programming with vision; develops plans, sets goals, and follows through with excellent communication and delegation.
Relationally Attuned & Highly Approachable: Known for building trust with students, leaders, and parents alike; invests time outside of Sunday programming to pursue meaningful relationships.
